Fußgewölbe
Der Fuß hat ein Längs- und ein Quergewölbe. Muskulatur und Bänder halten beide Gewölbe verspannt und aufrecht. Beim Laufen wirken die Gewölbe wie Stoßdämpfer. Die Fußgewölbe sind wichtig, damit die Kraft beim Gehen gut auf den Fuß verteilt wird.
